Return & Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.  You can always contact us for any return question at info@derircor.com

We discourage exchange and return on the basis of likes and dislikes.  Refund will also not be eligible for the same reasons. 

If any Damages and other physical issues is encountered then we prefer if you have parcel opening video. As unboxing parcel video makes the whole process very smooth.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return request, and let you know if exchange is applicable. If approved we will contact you.
